Vascular Lesion Treatment

Minimize the Appearance of Vein-Related Skin Imperfections

About Vascular Lesion Treatment

Vascular lesion treatment is an overarching term that describes a set of procedures used to remove and minimize the appearance of vein-related skin imperfections. A trained physician points a special handheld device at one or more areas of discolored or irritated skin sending targeted bursts of laser energy below the surface of your skin, heating up the damaged veins. As a result, the veins collapse and because the system uses targeted laser energy, it means there’s no risk of irritation or bruising, or a lengthy recovery period.
